The 6e SIB pupils performed a theatrical adaptation on 7th June of the Jabberwocky poem by Lewis Caroll, supervised by their teacher Mrs Seale and the choreographe Mr Garyfallou.

"Beware of the Jabberwock my son!
The jaws that bite the claws that catch!
Beware the Jujub bird , and shun the frumious Bandersnatch!"

Disguised as fantastical creatures and characters from the novel Alice in Wonderland, they interpreted the roles superbly. Full of nonsensical dialogue but also moments of philosophical clarity, the performance made the audience laugh and the pupils enjoyed being on stage immensely.

Well done to all the pupils for their work throughout the year. Many thanks also to the pupils who prepared the masks and costumes in the Atelier Decors et Costumes, making it a very successful performance.
